Title: Microsoft Windows NTLM Credential Reflection Remote Code Execution Vulnerability

Description:
Microsoft Windows HTTP Services (WinHTTP) is an HTTP client API. Microsoft WinINet is an internet API. Both APIs are available for Microsoft Windows.
The software is prone to a vulnerability that could let attackers replay NTLM (NT LAN Manager) credentials. This issue occurs because the affected APIs fail to properly opt in to NTLM credential-reflection protections. Note that this issue will affect applications that use the vulnerable APIs, including Microsoft Internet Explorer.
NOTE: This issue works only in the 'Intranet' zone of Internet Explorer. Since credentials will not be sent automatically to the 'Internet' zone, attacks would be limited to the same subnet or internal network.
A successful exploit would let the attacker execute arbitrary code in the context of the affected user.
