Title: Mayaa Default Error Page Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability
Severity: MODERATE
Description:
Mayaa is a JavaServer template system.
The application is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the default error page. An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected application. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
Mayaa 1.1.22 and earlier are vulnerable.
Affected Products:
- Mayaa Mayaa 1.1.11
- Mayaa Mayaa 1.1.12
- Mayaa Mayaa 1.1.22
