Title: BugZilla ShowDependencyTree.CGI Restricted Bug Comments Revealing Vulnerability

Bugzilla is the bug tracking software package by the Mozilla project.
A problem has been discovered in Bugzilla that allows arbitrary users to view restricted bug information. The problem is likely due to improper sanitation of input by users.
A user accessing a restricted Bugzilla bug entry may access the full comments of the bug by first finding a bug as displayed via show_bug.cgi, then placing another request to the interface for the same bug through the showdependencytree.cgi script.
Upon loading the bug through the showdependencytree.cgi script, the full comments of the bug may be read by the user.
