Title: BugZilla Process_Bug.CGI Restricted Bug Comments Revealing Vulnerability

Description:
Bugzilla is the bug tracking software package by the Mozilla project.
A problem has been discovered in Bugzilla that allows arbitrary users to view restricted bug information. The problem is likely due to improper sanitation of input by users.
A user accessing a restricted Bugzilla bug entry may access the full comments of the bug by saving the show.cgi page, and modifying the hidden form fields to the following variables:
<INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="delta_ts" VALUE="19950000000000">
<INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="longdesclength" VALUE="0">
<INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="id" VALUE=bugid>
bugid in the last value represents the Bugzilla Bug ID.
Upon loading the modified page into the browser, and clicking the commit button, the full comments of the bug may be read by the user.
