Title: QuadComm Q-Shop Cross Site Scripting and Multiple SQL Injection Vulnerabilities

Severity: MODERATE

Description:

QuadComm Q-Shop is a web-based application implemented in ASP.

Since it fails to adequately sanitize user-supplied input, the application is prone to the following vulnerabilities:

1. SQL-injection issues affect the 'userID' and 'Pwd' parameters of the 'users.asp' script.

2. A cross-site scripting issue affects the 'srkeys' parameter in the 'search.asp' script.

Exploiting these issues could allow an attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials, compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database.

Q-Shop 3.0 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.

Affected Products:

  • QuadComm Q-Shop 3.0
