Title: SIX-webboard 2.01 File Retrieval Vulnerability

Description:
SIX-webboard 2.01 does not filter ".." and "/" from user input, allowing users to enter arbitrary values in order to view or retrieve files not normally accessible to them from the remote host.
An attacker can construct a command string using the default file and directory names of the software in order to obtain the contents of sensitive or private information such as password lists.
The attacker would simply have to enter the command string into a web browser in order to retrieve the information.
