Title: Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 NT4ALL DoS Vulnerability

Description:
It has been reported that a local user can cause a denial of service on MS Windows NT systems with a certain configuration using the 'NT4ALL' tool.
The DoS reportedly occurs after the system reboots while being set in 'special mode' using 'NT4ALL'.
No users will be able to log into the system due to the 'lsass.exe' process crashing.
In order to exploit NT4ALL, a local user must have write permissions to the C:\winnt\system32\ directory. This is a non-default configuration.
Attempts to repair the system with the Windows NT CD can be done. Although it has been reported that after repair users can log in, but excessive CPU usage is consumed by 'services.exe' and 'lsass.exe'.
It may be necessary to completely reinstall in order to regain normal functionality.
