Description:
Stock is a module for Drupal that allows users to query price quotes and trading volume for various stock markets.
The module is prone to an authentication-bypass vulnerability that stems from a design flaw in the menu permission that permits normal users to change the heading text at the top of the 'stock quotes' page.
Attackers can exploit this issue to gain unauthorized access to certain portions of the affected application. Successfully exploiting this issue may allow attackers to execute arbitrary script code within the context of the web browser and steal cookie-based authentication credentials.
