Title: Trend Micro InterScan VirusWall Sircam Virus Vulnerability

Description:
Trend Micro InterScan VirusWall is vulnerable to allowing certain email attachments infected with the TROJ_SIRCAM.A virus through to a user's mailbox.
Messages with an electronic mail format (.eml) attachments are not scanned by VirusWall. This is because VirusWall cannot decode Base64 encoded attachments involving non-standard RFC defined characters or are otherwise malformed.
This vulnerability may allow for attackers to pass viruses undetected through VirusWall to target recipients by concealing them in .eml attachments.
