Title: PHP Nuke 'user.php' Form Element Substitution Vulnerabilty

Description:

PHP-Nuke is a website creation/maintenance tool written in PHP3.

A malicious web user may subtitute values for image form elements in the PHP-Nuke User Registration Form by saving the webpage locally(as 'user.php.html') and altering the information with a text editor. For example, an image form element may be altered to include '../' sequences which point to any web-readable file on the host.

Disclosed information contained in web-readable files may be used to aid in further attacks on the host.
