HP VirtualVault is a secure implementation package distributed by Hewlett-Packard for use as a web and e-commerece platform.
A problem has been discovered that may allow local users to gain elevated privileges. This may allow a local user to gain administrative access, and potentially compromise the integrity of a vulnerable system. mkacct contains a problem that can allow local users to gain elevated privileges.
mkacct is a versatile utility included with the VirtualVault trusted system product. mkacct may be used to add accounts, groups, and users of the system.
