Description:
Maian Greetings is a PHP-based ecard application.
The application is prone to an authentication-bypass vulnerability because if fails to adequately authenticate users.
When a user connects to the '/admin/index.php' script, the application checks the value of the 'mecard_admin_cookie' cookie parameter. If the value is equal to an administrator username, the user can access the page.
Attackers can exploit this issue to gain administrative access to the application.
Maian Greetings 2.1 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
