Title: vWebServer Long URL Denial of Service Vulnerability

Description:
vWebServer is a freeware ASP webserver.
A problem with the webserver makes it possible to deny service to legitmate users.
By submitting a URL to the webserver containing very long strings of arbitrary text (ie in excess of 8000 characters), the server will report "Error #5, File error."
If this process is repeated several times, the webserver will stop responding, and will have to be manually restarted.
