Title: EZTechhelp Company EZCMS Security Bypass Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

EZCMS is a PHP-based content manager.

The application is prone to a vulnerability that may allow users to bypass authentication and access certain administrative pages. Attackers can exploit the issue to gain access to the 'filemanager' component by simply accessing it through an HTTP GET request because the application fails to enforce authentication requirements.

Successful attacks may allow remote attackers to modify, delete, and upload arbitrary files. This may lead to remote unauthorized access.

EZCMS 1.2 and prior versions are affected.

Affected Products:

  • EZTechhelp Company EZCMS 1.2
