The application is prone to an unauthorized-access vulnerability because it fails to adequately limit access to administrative scripts.
This issue affects the 'install/newuser.php' script. Attackers can access this script to create new administrative accounts.
An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to gain unauthorized administrative access to the application; other attacks are also possible.
This issue affects Zomplog 3.8.2; other versions may also be vulnerable.
