Description:
CMS Faethon is a web-based content manager implemented in PHP.
The application is prone to multiple input-validation vulnerabilities:
- A cross-site scripting vulnerability affects the 'what' parameter of the '22_ultimate/search.php' script.
- A remote file-include vulnerability affects the 'mainpath' parameter of the '22_ultimate/templates/header.php' script.
Attackers can exploit these issues to execute arbitrary code within the context of the webserver process, execute script code in a user's browser, steal cookie-based authentication credentials, and launch other attacks.
CMS Faethon 2.2 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
