Title: 1024 CMS Local File Include Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

1024 CMS is a PHP-based content manager.

The application is prone to a local file-include vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'lang' parameter of the 'pages/print/default/ops/news.php' script.

An attacker can exploit this vulnerability using directory-traversal strings to view files and execute local scripts in the context of the webserver process. This may aid in further attacks.

The issue affects 1024 CMS 1.4.1, 1.4.2 Beta, and prior versions.

Affected Products:

  • Treble Designs 1024 CMS 1.4.1
  • Treble Designs 1024 CMS 1.4.2 Beta
