IPC@CHIP is a single chip embedded web server by Beck IPC GmbH.
A vulnerability exists in IPC@CHIP which could enable a remote user to gain access to ChipCfg.cgi. A specially crafted URL for ChipCfg.cgi will return sensitive network data. ChipCfg.cgi is installed by default. The vendor reports that this file can be uninstalled.
Unfortunately no further technical details have been made available.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could assist in further attacks against the host.
