Description:
bcoos and E-xoops are content managers for online community sites. DevTracker is a module for bcoos and E-xoops.
DevTracker is prone to multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities because it fails to sanitize user-supplied input. These issues affect the 'order_by' and 'direction' parameter of the 'index.php' script.
An attacker may leverage these issues to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may allow the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials and to launch other attacks.
These issues affect the following versions:
bcoos 1.1.11 (and earlier) with DevTracker 3.0
E-xoops 1.0.8 (and earlier) with DevTracker v0.20
Other versions may also be vulnerable.
