Description:
SpyAnywhere is an application which allows a user to remotely control their system via a HTTP daemon listening on a user-defined port. SpyAnywhere is provided by Spytech.
A vulnerability exists in the authentication process of SpyAnywhere. If a single character is used in the 'loginpass' field of an authentication request, the user will be logged in as administrator despite what the admin's password actually is.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to complete compromise of the host.
