Title: Moodle 'install.php' Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability

Description:
Moodle is an open-source course manager designed for online courseware. It is freely available under the GNU Public license for UNIX and variants and for Microsoft Windows.
The application is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input to the 'dbname' parameter of the 'install.php' script.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary script code in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
This issue affects versions prior to Moodle 1.8.4.
