Title: Microsoft Windows LSASS LPC Request Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

Severity: HIGH

Description:

Microsoft Windows Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) is a security mechanism that handles local security and login policies.

LSASS is prone to a local privilege-escalation vulnerability because the application fails to handle specially crafted local procedure call (LPC) requests.

An attacker can exploit this issue by constructing a malicious application that sends specially crafted LPC requests to the LSASS process.

Successfully exploiting this issue will allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM-level privileges, facilitating in the complete compromise of affected computers.
