Title: KML share Region.PHP Remote File Include Vulnerability

Description:
KML share is a website-based application that uses the Google Maps API.
The application is prone to a remote file-include vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input to the 'layer' parameter of the 'region.php' script.
An attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary malicious PHP code in the context of the webserver process. The attacker can also execute local scripts on the affected computer. This may allow the attacker to compromise the application and the underlying system; other attacks are also possible.
This issue affects KML share 1.1; other versions may also be vulnerable.
