ngIRCd is an IRC daemon available for various platforms including Windows and UNIX.
The application is prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability because it fails to handle certain JOIN commands properly.
Attackers can exploit this issue to deny service to legitimate users.
Versions prior to ngIRCd 0.10.3 are vulnerable.
