Title: Viking Server Hex Encoded Directory Traversal Attack

Description:
The Viking webserver is susceptible to directory traversal attacks using multiple hex-encoded '.' characters in the URL.
If the request is made in specific formats, using '..' sequences expressed in hex format (ie. www.example.com/%2e%2e/%2e%2e/targetfile.log), the server will disclose files outside of the document root which are readable by the webserver process.
