Title: Segue CMS themesdir Parameter Remote File Include Vulnerability
Severity: HIGH
Description:
Segue CMS is a web-based content manager implemented in PHP.
The application is prone to a remote file-include vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in a PHP 'include()' function call. Specifically, input to the 'themesdir' parameter of 'index.php' isn't properly sanitized.
An attacker may leverage this issue to execute arbitrary server-side script code on an affected computer with the privileges of the webserver process.
NOTE: This issue requires that the 'register_globals' setting be set to 'OFF' in the local PHP configuration; this is the default setting in installations of PHP 4.2.0 and later.
This issue affects Segue CMS 1.8.4; other versions may also be vulnerable.
