Title: Broker FTP 5.0 Directory Traversal Vulnerability

Description:
Broker FTP is an FTP Server package for Windows NT/2000 and Windows 95/98 from TransSoft.
Authenticated users can gain access to directories outside of the FTP root where Broker FTP has been installed. Submitting a 'dir' or 'CWD' command containing '/../' sequences and a releative path will disclose the requested resource from anywhere on the host's filesystem.
Depending on user privileges, the attacker may be able to execute commands such as DELETE, PUT, GET etc.
Successfully exploited, this vulnerability could enable an attacker to gain access to sensitive system information in various files residing on the target machine, and potentially to further compromise the vulnerable system.
