Title: A-shop FileBrowser.ASP Arbitrary File Deletion Vulnerability

Severity: MODERATE

Description:

A-shop is a web-based ecommerce application implemented in ASP.

A-shop is prone to a vulnerability that lets attackers delete arbitrary files. This issue occurs because the application fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input to the 'delfiles' parameter of the 'filebrowser.asp' script.

Successfully exploiting this issue allows attackers to delete arbitrary files with the privileges of the targeted webserver process.

This issue affects A-shop 0.70; prior versions may also be affected.

Affected Products:

  • A-Shop A-Shop 0.70
