Title: Jasmine CMS Profile.PHP HTML Injection Vulnerability
Severity: MODERATE
Description:
Jasmine CMS is a content manager implemented in PHP.
The application is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'profile_email' parameter of the 'profile.php' script before using it in dynamically generated content.
Attacker-supplied HTML and script code would execute in the context of the affected site, potentially allowing the attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials or to control how the site is rendered to the user; other attacks are also possible.
Jasmine CMS 1.0_1 is vulnerable; other versions may also be affected.
Affected Products:
- Efstratios Geroulis Jasmine CMS 1.0_1
