Title: Netscape Collabra Malformed Data DoS Vulnerability

Description:
Collabra is a discussion server from Netscape.
A version of Collabra is vulnerable to a resource consumption attack.
The server waits for connection requests on several TCP ports (119, 5238, 5239 and 20749).
An attacker sending invalid input (a 'null' followed by at least seven arbitrary characters) to port 5239 will cause the srchs.exe process to consume 100% of the server's CPU cycles. Done repeatedly at short intervals, this allows a remote denial of service attack on Collabra and other applications running on the vulnerable host.
