Description:
CandyPress Store is a virtual-storefront application implemented in ASP.
The application is prone to multiple cross-site scripting attacks because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input.
Specifically, the following script and parameters are vulnerable:
prodList.asp : 'brand', 'Msg'
An attacker can exploit these vulnerabilities to perform cross-site scripting attacks on unsuspecting users in the context of the affected website. As a result, the attacker may be able to steal cookie-based authentication credentials and to launch other attacks.
CandyPress Store 3.5.2.14 is vulnerable to these issues; other versions may also be affected.
