Title: VooDoo CIrcle Server Multiple Remote Vulnerabilities

Description:
VooDoo cIRCle is an open-source IRC application available for Microsoft Windows.
The application is prone to multiple remote vulnerabilities:
- A denial-of-service condition occurs when processing specially crafted BOTNET packets. This issue stems from an off-by-one condition in the affected application.
- A denial-of-service condition occurs when handling SSL connections and passwords.
- A buffer-overflow vulnerability resides in the DNS resolution module. This issue stems from an off-by-one error when handling excessively long DNS names.
An attacker can exploit these issues to execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected application or cause the application to crash, denying service to legitimate users.
These issues affect VooDoo cIRCle 1.1beta26 and prior versions.
