Title: Bajie Webserver Remote Command Execution Vulnerability
Severity: HIGH
Description:
Bajie HTTP server is a free webserver written in Java.
Bajie contains a servlet called 'uploadservlet', this servlet is installed by default and enables users to upload files to a target directory.
Using the 'uploadservlet', an attacker could upload a mailicous script to a known directory on the Bajie webserver.
Once the file has been successfully uploaded, executing the file via a specially crafted URL is possible. The attacker could then gain interactive access to the target Bajie webserver with the privileges of the server.
This vulnerability is due to a flaw in Bajie's CGI processor. The processor doesn't verify the CGI program exists before executing the script.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to complete comprimise of the host.
