Title: SmartCode VNC Manager ActiveX Control Scvncctrl.DLL Denial of Service Vulnerability

Description:
The SmartCode VNC Manager ActiveX control is prone to a denial-of-service vulnerability.
An attacker may exploit this issue by enticing victims into opening a malicious webpage or HTML email that invokes the affected control.
Specifically, the SmartCode VNC Manager Object with a CLSID of '62FA83F7-20EC-4D62-AC86-BAB705EE1CCD' fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'ConnectAsyncEx' method. An attacker may trigger this vulnerability by submitting an overly long string of characters to this method.
The attacker can exploit this issue to cause denial-of-service conditions in Internet Explorer or other applications that use the vulnerable ActiveX control.
SmartCode VNC Manager 3.6 is vulnerable to this issue; other versions may also be affected.
