Title: BMC Performance Manager PatrolAgent.EXE Memory Corruption Vulnerability

Description:
BMC Performance Manager is prone to a memory-corruption vulnerability. This issue resides in the 'PatrolAgent.exe' process running on TCP port 3181. Specifically, the application allows remote attackers to modify configuration files without authentication. An attacker can exploit this issue by modifying the 'magerAgentName' and 'masterAgentStartLine' parameters in SNMP communities.
Successfully exploiting this issue allows the attacker execute arbitrary code within the context of the affected application. Failed exploit attempts will result in a denial of service.
