Title: SAP RFC_Set_Reg_Server_Property RFC Function Denial of Service Vulnerability

Description:
The SAP RFC Library is a component used to call any RFC Function in a SAP System from an external application.
The RFC Library is prone to a remote denial-of-service vulnerability that resides in 'RFC_SET_REG_SERVER_PROPERTY()'. An attacker may create an external malicious RFC server and use it to deny access to legitimate users of all other registered RFC servers.
Exploiting this issue allows remote attackers to deny service to legitimate users of valid SAP RFC servers.
