Title: PHP-Nuke Lang Parameter Local File Include and SQL Injection Vulnerabilities

Description:
PHP-Nuke is a content manager and portal system implemented in PHP.
The application is prone to a local file-include vulnerability and an SQL-injection vulnerability because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input through the 'lang' cookie-data parameter.
- The local file-include issue affects the 'lang' parameter of the 'mainfile.php' script. The problem occurs because the application fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input of directory-traversal strings '../' before using it in an 'include()' function call. An attacker could exploit this issue to retrieve the contents of arbitrary files in the context of the webserver process. Information obtained may aid in further attacks.
- The SQL-injection vulnerability occurs because the application fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'lang' parameter before using it in an SQL query. An attacker could exploit this issue to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation.
These issues affect version 8.0; other versions may also be vulnerable.
