Title: Cisco IOS Intrusion Prevention System Multiple Vulnerabilities

Description:
Cisco IOS (Internetwork Operating System) is an operating system commonly used on Cisco routers and network switches.
IOS is prone to multiple issues that affect the IPS intrusion-prevention system. These issues include:
- A security-bypass vulnerability. This issue occurs because IPS signatures that use regular expressions can be evaded by sending malicious data as IP fragments. An attacker can exploit this issue to pass arbitrary data to computers that would normally be protected by signature inspection. This issue is tracked in Cisco Bug ID CSCsg15598.
- A denial-of-service vulnerability. An attacker can trigger IPS signatures, using the regex feature of 'ATOMIC.TCP' to cause the device to crash. This will deny network access to legitimate users of the device. This issue is tracked in Cisco Bug ID CSCsa53334.
