Title: F3Site Index.PHP HTML Injection Vulnerability
Severity: MODERATE
Description:
F3Site is a web application implemented in PHP.
The application is prone to an HTML-injection vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in dynamically generated content.
This issue affects the 'autor' form field parameter of the 'index.php' script. This input will be stored persistently on the affected site and may be rendered by a victim user when the page is viewed.
Attacker-supplied HTML and script code would execute in the context of the affected site, potentially allowing an attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials or to control how the site is rendered to the user; other attacks are also possible.
F3Site 2.1 and prior versions are vulnerable.
