Title: Samedia LandShop LS.PHP Multiple Input Validation Vulnerabilities

Severity: HIGH

Description:

SAMEDIA LandShop is an open-source content management system (CMS) for real estate marketing and sales; it is implemented in PHP and SQL.

The application is prone to multiple input-validation vulnerabilities because it fails to sufficiently sanitize user-supplied input data.

Multiple cross-site scripting vulnerabilities affect the following parameters of the 'action/ls.php' script:

'start'
'CAT_ID'
'keyword'
'search_area'
'search_type'
'infield'
'search_order'

Multiple SQL-injection vulnerabilities affect the following parameters of the 'action/ls.php' script:

'start'
'search_area'
'search_type'
'search_order'
'infield'

Exploiting these issues could allow an attacker to steal cookie-based authentication credentials, access or modify sensitive data, execute arbitrary script code in the context of the application, compromise the application, and possibly exploit latent vulnerabilities in the underlying system; other attacks are also possible.

Affected Products:

  • SAMEDIA LandShop
  • SAMEDIA LandShop 0.6.3
