Redaction System is a visual content manager implemented in PHP.
Redaction System is prone to multiple remote file-include vulnerabilities because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'lang_prefix' parameter of the following scripts:
- conn.php
- sesscheck.php
- index.php
- wap/conn.php
- wap/sesscheck.php
An attacker can exploit these issues to include an arbitrary remote file containing malicious PHP code and execute it in the context of the webserver process. This may facilitate a compromise of the application and the underlying system; other attacks are also possible. Reports indicate that this issue may be exploited to include local files as well.
