Description:
Coppermine Gallery for Mambo is a web-based photo gallery implemented in PHP.
The application is prone to a remote file-include vulnerability because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input to the 'mosConfig_absolute_path' variable of the 'cpg.php' script.
An attacker can exploit this issue to include an arbitrary remote file containing malicious PHP code and execute it in the context of the webserver process. This may facilitate a compromise of the application and the underlying system; other attacks are also possible.
Coppermine Gallery for Mambo 1.0 is vulnerable to this issue; other versions may also be affected.
