Title: Microsoft Internet Explorer CHTSKDIC.DLL Arbitrary Code Execution Vulnerability

Description:
Microsoft Internet Explorer is prone to an arbitrary code-execution vulnerability because the application fails to load a DLL library when instantiated as an ActiveX control. In particular, this issue occurs when Internet Explorer tries to instantiate the 'CHTSKDIC.DLL' COM object as an ActiveX control.
An attacker may exploit this issue to crash Internet Explorer, effectively denying service to legitimate users and may cause arbitrary code to run within the context of the user running the application.
