Title: iFusion iFlance Multiple Input Validation Vulnerabilities

Severity: MODERATE

Description:

iFlance is a freelance script written in PHP.

iFlance is prone to multiple input-validation vulnerabilities because it fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input. The issues include:

- An HTML-injection vulnerability. This issue affects the 'username' and 'pw' fields of the 'login' page and the input boxes of 'project.php'; other input fields may also be affected.

- A cross-site scripting vulnerability. This issue affects the 'vk' parameter of the 'acc_verify.php' script; other parameters may also be affected.

An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities to have hostile HTML and script code execute in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the affected site. This may let the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials or launch other attacks.

This issue affects version 1.1; other versions may also be vulnerable.

Affected Products:

  • iFusion iFlance 1.1
