Title: Microsoft Internet Explorer HTML Decoding Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Severity: HIGH
Description:
Microsoft Internet Explorer is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability.
This issue occurs when Internet Explorer decodes specially crafted UTF-8 encoded HTML. The parsing code fails to properly account for 5- and 6-byte UTF-8 octets, which may be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overrun.
An attacker could exploit this issue to execute code in the context of the user visiting a malicious web page.
