Title: D-Link DWL-2100AP Information Disclosure Vulnerability
Severity: MODERATE
Description:
D-Link DWL-2100AP devices are 802.11b/g wireless access points.
D-Link DWL-2100AP devices are susceptible to a remote information-disclosure vulnerability because the devices fail to properly secure configuration information.
Specifically, if remote attackers issue HTTP GET requests to the '/cgi-bin/' directory for arbitrary filenames ending in '.cfg', affected devices will return a file containing the complete configuration of the device.
This issue allows remote, unauthenticated attackers to gain access to potentially sensitive configuration information from affected devices. This may aid them in further attacks.
Affected Products:
- D-Link DWL-2100AP
