Description:
ByteHoard is a web-based file-upload/download application implemented in PHP.
ByteHoard is prone to a vulnerability that may result in the loss of privileged data. This issue is due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input.
The problem is due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize the 'InFolder' parameter when copying files. An attacker can specify an arbitrary value for the parameter resulting in the attacker-supplied files being written over other users' files, resulting in a loss of data.
