Title: PHP-Fusion Multiple Local File Include Vulnerabilities

Severity: MODERATE

Description:

PHP-Fusion is a website-management application, implemented in PHP.

PHP-Fusion is prone to multiple local file-include vulnerabilities. These issues are due to a failure in the application to properly sanitize user-supplied input.

These issues affect the 'settings' parameter of 'last_seen_users_panel.php', and the 'localset' parameter of 'setup.php'. These parameters are not properly checked for the presence of directory-traversal sequences ('../'). If the uploading of avatars is enabled, attacker may also be able to exploit this issue to execute arbitrary attacker-supplied code.

A successful exploit may allow unauthorized users to view files and to execute local scripts; other attacks are also possible.
