Pentacle In-Out Board is web-based personnel-tracking software implemented in ASP.
Pentacle In-Out Board is prone to multiple SQL-injection vulnerabilities. The application fails to properly sanitize user-supplied input before using it in SQL queries. Specifically, input to the 'password' parameter of 'login.asp', and input to the 'newsid' parameter of 'newsdetailsview.asp' is not properly sanitized.
These vulnerabilities could permit remote attackers to pass malicious input to database queries, resulting in modification of query logic or other attacks.
Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to compromise the application, access or modify data, or exploit vulnerabilities in the underlying database implementation.
