Title: OABoard Forum Script Remote File Include Vulnerability
Severity: HIGH
Description:
The oaboard application is a web-based bulletin board written in PHP.
The oaboard application is prone to a remote file-include vulnerability. As a result, remote users may specify external PHP scripts to be included by the application.
The specific problem is that the '$inc' and '$inc_stat' aren't properly initialized before they're used in the file path of an 'include()' function call. This will let remote users set these variables to change the include path to point to an external resource (such as a PHP script) that is hosted on an attacker-controlled server.
This could result in the execution of arbitrary PHP code in the context of the webserver hosting the application.
